Thank you Becca for sharing your breatfeeding story with us! Becca was kind of enough to send us an update of her and beautiful daughter, Elisabeth. 

“Elisabeth is now 9.5 months old and the bond we have through breastfeeding continues to grow. She is starting to eat a few solid foods, but mostly prefers breast milk. It's wonderful to know that she's receiving the most nutritionally sound food possible regardless of if she's slow to accept new foods. We are so connected through our breastfeeding relationship. Elisabeth is such a happy and content baby and I think this is in part due to the special time we have together while nursing. It enables both of us to have some quiet time together to regroup, and in a hectic world everyone needs that! I have learned so much through the past 9.5 months with my nursling that I plan to begin working toward my La Leche League Leadership status this fall. I hope to share all that I've learned and experienced with others. It truly is amazing!”
